TUBE AND JOINT SCAFFOLDING

Tube and joint scaffolding are a non-system scaffolding consisting primarily of tubes, joints (cross and longitudinal) and wooden platforms.

It is mainly designed for work carried out on buildings with irregular shapes (tanks, churches, etc.), as well as for training centers conducting courses on metal construction scaffolding assembler (as one of the mandatory scaffolding types).

FEATURES OF MAJOR COMPONENTS:

DECKS

Their design allows them to be mounted on both crossbars and stringers. There are also communication platforms mounted on crossbars.

TUBES

Made of S235JRH grade material and hot-dip galvanized. Outer diameter of the tube - 48.3 mm, wall thickness - 3.2 mm.

JOINTS

Complies with EN-74 standard. There are cross connectors (for connecting stringers and crossbars to racks, braces to crossbars) and longitudinal connectors (for extending racks, stringers and handrails), along with tubular connectors (for transferring compressive forces).
