MODULAR SCAFFOLDING PIONART TYPE - PIONMODUL BAL MODEL

Modular scaffolding PIONART - PionModul BAL model is a system scaffolding in which the structural components are separately in the form of crossbars and stands, while between the stands there is a gap (module) for connecting other scaffolding components - definition according to PN-EN 12811-1. The scaffolding consists mainly of steel components permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing.

FEATURES OF MAJOR COMPONENTS:

STAND

It is the basic load-bearing element of modular scaffolding. Using metal forming technology, it is made from a single section of material. For the racks we use tubes with a diameter of 48.3 mm made of steel of the S355MH grade with significantly increased strength parameters (yield strength at 460 - 470 MPa), and at the same time allowing the execution of the pivot by cold forming. Thanks to the use of such a good material, it is possible to use pipes with a wall thickness of 2.7 mm, as allowed by the latest European standard for scaffolding: PN-EN 12810-1:2010.

NODE ROSETTE

It is the main connecting element for the components that make up the structural node. It has 8 mounting holes, spaced at 45° intervals, allowing the installation of tubular transoms, bridge transoms, vertical bracing and other elements included in the modular scaffolding.

HEADS AND WEDGES

The heads are specially designed and tailored for a particular scaffolding element, so they come in several varieties - for tubular transoms, bridge transoms, vertical bracing, etc. Due to their complex and unusual shape, they are made of steel through casting technology. The wedges are made of high-strength S500MC low-alloy steel, which has high resistance to dynamic loads.

STEEL DECKS

Thanks to the use of roll forming technology and material with suitable parameters, a special shape of the deck with an anti-slip layer was obtained, characterized by high rigidity and strength, with relatively low weight. The decks have handles for easy installation on the scaffolding. Steel platforms for modular scaffolding come in 2 varieties: it is possible to mount on a "U" profile or on a pipe.

TUBULAR TRANSOMS AND PLATFORM U-TRANSOMS

Tubular transoms, known as crossbars, allow steel platforms to be mounted on a tube, while u-bridges use a variant of mounting steel platforms on a "U" profile. In the second case, it is possible to use steel platforms from the frame scaffolding type PIONART - BAL model.

WORK PLATFORMS

Modular scaffolding makes it possible to perform work on buildings or irregularly shaped objects by using free-standing working platforms. They can also be used to make walkways in the form of staircases using aluminum stairs.
