RHINO WALL FORMWORK (60KN)

RHiNO formwork system is a technically advanced product of the highest quality, designed and manufactured entirely in Poland.

The outer frame of the formwork is formed by a 121 mm wide perforated steel profile made of high-grade S420MC sheet metal, 1.75 mm thick, which has been given a characteristic asymmetrical shape. The internal ribs are formed by steel profiles made of 1.25 mm thick sheet metal symmetrically distributed in each board.

The RHiNO formwork system has an innovative solution in the form of steel pockets with a conical hole, thanks to which the assembled formwork is more stable after the installation of through-ties. In addition, this solution ensures that the plywood is protected from damage when it is repeatedly hit by the tie-beam, which increases its service life.

The frame of the element is hot-dip galvanized, and high-grade birch plywood, 15 mm thick, is built into the frame.

The formwork boards and corners are connected with locks. As part of the RHiNO formwork system, wedge locks (driven with only a hammer), adjustable locks (fastened by tightening a screw), universal locks (allowing adjustment of the width of the lock fastening) and corner locks (allowing the creation of a rectangular corner using only two standard boards) have been designed.

The innovative solutions applied, the care put into executing all joints, the use of high-quality materials in production, and detailed control of each element significantly extends the life span of the formwork, as well as the comfort and safety of its use.

The formwork boards are designed in various standard heights and standard widths. The system also includes corresponding inner, outer and hinged corners below, as well as column boards with widths of 0.70m and 0.90m.
